ABE Diploma in Business Management

Entry Requirements

• ABE Certificate in Business Management
• Two GCE 'A' levels together with four GCSEs at Grade C or above including English language and Maths
• BTEC National award in relevant subjects
• Three passes in LCCI Third level in relevant subjects
• Three passes in RSA examinations at least two of which must be at Stage 3
• Pitmans Qualifications – Three passes at level 3 in relevant subjects
• An 'Access' Certificate from a UK College of Further Education
• Any NCVQ approved qualifications at level 3 in relevant subjects
• Such overseas qualifications which follow University of London guidelines may be accepted

4. Economic Principles & their application to Business
   

Diploma Part II Core Modules

1. Management in Action
2. Human Resource Management
3. Marketing Policy, Planning & Communication
   

Diploma Part II Optional Modules (Choose two)

1. Systems Analysis & Design
2. Principles of Business Law
3. Managerial Accounting
   

Registration and Exams

For the Autumn Semester the registration is on the 1st Friday in September, accordingly the exams are held on the 1st Friday in October.

For the Spring Semester the registration is on the 1st Friday in March, the exams are held on the 1st Friday in April.
