Foundation Diploma in Travel & Tourism

Course Objectives

Modules in the Foundation Level will provide you with an understanding of the travel and tourism industry, the practicalities of the travel professional's role in the industry, the importance of exceeding customer expectations, and the role of technology in the travel industry.

In addition, you will become familiar with related subjects such as industry regulations, codes, world geography, air fares and ticketing, visa and health requirements, as well as tour programmes.

  • 5 'O' Level including Geography, Maths and English
  • Students over the age of 16 are considered on mature entry

Registration and Exams

For the May exams membership registration is by February amd exams registration is by April, for the September exams membership registration is by June and exams registration is by August.
