Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social CareCourse ObjectivesThis course is designed to help carers acquire skills suitable for helping clients in care settings either by giving direct care to individuals or encouraging individuals to care for themselves, by giving them support.

Course Structure:The qualification has two pathways - Adults & Children and Young People. To obtain this qualification a total of 8 units must be completed for each pathway, 4 core and 4 optional units. Core Modules (Generic)

In addition candidates will have to choose 4 more modules (Children and Young People pathway) and 4 modules out of 43 (Adult pathway and Generic Units).
