OTHM Higher Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management

Course Objectives

OTHM qualifications give you the knowledge that you will need to build a career in the tourism and hospitality industry. You might be contemplating a career in food and beverage, hotels, tour operations, airlines or in any other part of the industry. OTHM qualifications will help to make you a professional in your chosen field.

    Who is it for?

    The OTHM Higher Diploma is suitable for people who work in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry and have an OTHM Diploma, or other qualifications at a suitable level. This qualification is suitable for middle and senior managers. On completion you can also be out forward for election as a Full Member of OTHM.

    Will I be able to study further?

    Students successfully completing OTHM Diploma and Higher Diploma qualifications will gain advanced entry to the BA (Hons) Tourism and Hospitality programme at London South Bank University. Students with an OTHM Diploma will be eligible for Level 2 entry and Higher Diploma holders will be eligible for Level 3/final year entry. Applications should be made through UCAS.
